We are an independent panel of advisors made up of consultants, business professionals and citizens that seeks to examine the relationship between the TTC, its employees, and its riders. Our goal is to collect feedback and assemble a report that will guide the TTC while it continues to expand and improve its services.

Thank you for submitting feedback to the Customer Service Advisory Panel. We received much input from the general public and TTC employees that was valuable in helping shape our report and recommendations to the TTC for improved customer service.

The report will be released on August 23rd and will also be made available through our web site at ttcpanel.ca
